How to enrol and book a holiday program
Before you can book a holiday program, you must enrol your child at that service. Follow the steps below to enrol.
If you have any questions, you're welcome to contact us. We're always happy to help.
1. Submit an enquiry to enrol
New families will need to enrol at the location where they wish to book a holiday program. Visit our find a program page to find the location you wish to enrol at, then submit an enquiry. Our friendly team will be in touch to help you get started.
During the enrolment process, you'll need to provide payment and contact details, Centrelink CRNs and information about your child (find more details below).
2. What you'll need to enrol
Payment details to set up a direct debit (you'll only be charged when you book a holiday program).
Contact details for a primary and secondary person (the primary contact should be the parent or guardian registered for Centrelink benefits).
Centrelink CRNs for your child and the person claiming Child Care Subsidy, so that we can process your CCS application.
Child's birth certificate.
Medical documents including your child's immunisation certificate (which you can download from your myGov account) and medical management plans if your child has a chronic illness or medical condition like anaphylaxis, allergies or asthma.
3. Book your holiday activities
Once you've enrolled your child, you can use the Xplor Home app to book into our holiday programs.
Bookings usually open around four weeks before the start of each school holiday. You can see what activities are running in our program finder. Use the filters to find an activity, then select 'Book' and follow the steps.
How to manage your bookings
You can view, change or cancel your bookings by signing into your account. If you need to change or cancel your booking, please do this at least seven days before your booking time to avoid being charged for the service.
Pricing and subsidies
We offer a range of holiday activities to suit different budgets, with our pricing based on whether the activity is an in-house day, incursion or excursion. This variety ensures there’s something for every family to enjoy.
You can find the price of each activity in our program schedule. Please note that the prices shown are the full fees before any subsidies are applied. Our holiday programs qualify for Child Care Subsidy (CCS), so you could pay much less if your family is eligible.
