School holiday program bookings
We are currently using two different booking systems:
- My Family Lounge: Ashburton Pool and Recreation Centre, Boroondara Sports Complex, Macleod Recreation Centre
- Xplor: all other locations
Families enrolled in our school holiday programs can manage their account, bookings and finances in the Xplor Home parent portal. Not already enrolled? New families can find a location and enquire to get started.

'Contacts' are people nominated by the Primary Carer of a child who are authorised to sign a child in / out of the centre using the Xplor Hub on the centre's tablet within the service. Find out how to invite a contact.
All emergency contacts must have their own Xplor account with their own email and contact number allocated to it, to ensure we have accurate records for drop off/pick up purposes.
